At Indulge Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our cancellation and refund procedures to ensure a smooth experience.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
Cancellation by Indulge Living
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors on the website
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Delivery to non-serviceable areas
In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The product is not damaged due to misuse or negligence
• The product is not a non-returnable item as specified on the product page
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
• Products that have been used or assembled
• Items with broken seals or removed tags
• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Hand it over to our logistics partner for pickup
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• For prepaid orders: The amount will be refunded to your bank account or card
• For COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Refund Timelines
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after refund initiation
• UPI Payments: 3-5 business days after refund initiation
• Net Banking: 5-7 business days after refund initiation
• Wallets: 2-3 business days after refund initiation
Please note that the actual credit to your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
